Can be Hit or Miss but today was a Hit

I've been going to Atlantis for years, but only a few times per year, so I am not really a regular or anything. It can be pretty crowded on weekend nights but on my last visit I ended up there at 1pm on a Monday. As you can guess the club was pretty empty -- 3 other patrons, 2 dancers sitting at the bar with a third walking in as i sat watching the empty stage. The bartender looked like a retired dancer, and was in a beef with one of the other patrons so she didn't take my drink order for about 15 minutes and when she did she overcharged (pre-tipped?) $4. Finally the dj called up one of the girls to dance. Not really my type. Luckily when the remaining dancer started to circulate, she was a cute young AA spinner name Desire. I didn't waste any time and we quickly adjourned to one of the private dance rooms (she picked the one with the brightest lights so i could see all of her better and I liked what I saw. I also liked the dance, a lot -- it was hot and wet and left no reason for me to stay at the club any longer so I went back to work....
