Well, my wife liked it...

Being in Ft. Lauderdale area for a few days, I had two shots at taking my wife to a club. This was the first one, and I picked it mainly because of its relatively high ratings. So, the club itself is very nicely set in a nice part of town. This always puts my wife at ease. Once inside, both of us felt like we were in a really nice place, comparable to the SR in Las Vegas. There are at least two stages (maybe a third across the room from us), but we sat in between the main stage and a satellite stage behind us a few feet. The girls are pretty classy and dress nicely, unlike some places where it looks like perpetual slutty Halloween night. When they're on the main stage, they come out fully clothed, some in like evening dresses. They do a a nice strip,over the course of the standard three dances. Most girls stripped down to the g-string or thong, while a few went totally nude. The audience was fairly upscale too, and we didn't see drunk twenty-somethings randomly throwing dollar bills on stage, as at some other places. Here's where i'm getting a little judgmental...a lot of the girls seemed sorta stuck up, and congregated together around one end of the bar. This is not that unusual but it seemed more so here. It reminded me of full-of-themselves sorority girls.

They didn't seem to spend much time circulating through the crowd.... maybe they were waiting for Ryan Gosling to show up.

We did not see any "table dances", but they go off somewhere to do those. We did not do any here (like we did at Cheetah's the next night). So, if I were going to a club by myself, I'd probably pick Cheetah's a few miles away, but since my wife remarked how much she enjoyed the atmosphere, the classy girls and the fact that they actually looked nice coming on stage and doing a real strip, I'll go back there with her. Oh, we did see several couples, so it's definitely "couple friendly".
