Visited Climaxxx on Sunday eve 12/20/15 around 8 pm – free-parking; no cover-charge*; and $4 bottled water.

[* most SCs in Miami-Dade are free on dayshift but start charging cover @ 8:00 pm; but not sure when Climaxxx starts charging a cover-charge and if it varies…
