Club Parisians: Decent Hole-in-the-Wall

Recently TOFTT and decided to stop by Club Parisians yesterday evening. This club has been opened since December of last year but I’ve never bothered to visit the club up until now. It’s sort of hole-in-the-wallish in appearance. Especially on the exterior. Inside of the club ain’t too shabby but it is a dive. Probably the best looking hole-in-the-wall club that I have ever seen, if that makes any sense. Parking is on the large dirt and grass. I think that the club should invest some money and actually have a paved lot just for better presentation. Parking is free everyday both during the day and night so none of that nickel-and-diming bullshit here. Cover charge is $15 during Happy Hour (more on that later in the review) and $10 at all other times.

The layout of the club is sort of like a rectangle. The entrance is on the far left side of the building. Around the immediate corner of the entrance is a pool table. Also to the left is the main bar with stools. In this area there are tables with chairs and booths where one can sit. Continuing further on down is a small area where there are two poles and the DJ booth. The next section consists of plenty of couches and plush chairs, a few tables with chairs, a couple of high-top tables and chairs, the VIP rooms, and the main stage with a pole. Continuing on down the corridor is another secondary smaller bar, the dancer’s dressing room, and the men’s restroom. The club is about medium sized.

The music was of course rap with some R&B blended in. Due to the low amount of customers, the DJ was quiet the entire time. He did not speak into the mic not even one time. No mentioning the VIP, tipping the dancers, drink specials...nothing. Just eerily quiet and minding his own business while spinning the records. I like this type of DJ. Some songs were full length while many others were shortened quite a bit. However, that does not affect the lap dances which I’ll explain later in this review.
