Unusual doesn't even begin to cover it.

It's been said before. This is not one club but a bunch of them with different "specialties". I wish I could remember which specializes in what but it's easy enough to check. Just open the door.

There's a club that specializes in nude stage shows. There's several that specialize in being bars with very cute waitresses (dressed). There's one that specializes in being a bar with waiters and very cute girls just walking around (dressed). There was one that specialized in being a bar with cute waitresses walking around topless or bottomless but not nude. Go figure.

One thing they all have in common is relatively decent drink prices (Chang Beer, good stuff with a serious kick, 100 bhat which is less than $3.00). The other thing they have in common is that most of the cute ladies can be taken home after paying a "bar fine" of about 500 bhat and an additional 1500 to 3000 bhat to the cute lady for services rendered. That's for a few hours, not a quickie in the back room.

One word of warning. Watch out for the ladyboys. There's at least one bar that specializes exclusively in ladyboys and fortunately my guide knew which bars to avoid.
