Hi-Lighters is a pretty good club. Went there on a Wed. night and there were some nice girls on shift. If you are looking for a good club to stop by in Phoenix, stop by here. Don't know how it is on the weekends, but even during the slow week its worth your time. All the management and staff were very friendly, including the dancers.
