If dive bars are what you're into, than Bjs is the place for you. It is a one level establishment in a part of town that has definitely been known to have a shooting or two. It feels a little safer during the day. It definitely isn't anything fancy, but it is a nice place to hang out. They have pool tables, pull tables, and reasonably priced drinks. There was only one hot dancer, but they were all really friendly. I'd go back if I felt like hanging out but not if I'm in a serious party mood.
