It's a pretty small place. There's usually only one bartender working the bar, and there's one stage in the center of the room. The place can feel pretty cramped with the amount of chairs and tables they squeezed in. It can be hard to walk around, and for the girls to get around as well. There weren't a lot of customers when I was there, which made me wonder why they needed all the seating. Cover charge is pretty reasonable, alcohol can be expensive, especially if you buy drinks for the dancers (which most of them will request). The place is usually pretty clean, though the couches in the back, where they give the private dances, are a little gross.

Most of the girls are pretty average looking. There are a few girls that are pretty hot. It was usually about 50/50 between white girls and black. Some of the girls like to sit with one person for extended periods of time, (getting free drinks, of course). One girl would get up when it was her turn to dance, or look for tips or private dances, then go right back to her table. Other girls like to make the rounds and try to get as many tips and dances as they can. A couple girls are very talented at private dances and are definitely worth the $20, especially on Tuesdays when it's two dances for the price of one.

Overall, Babes is a decent place. I used to go once every month or two. It's worth it if you know which girls are worth the money (I haven't been in a while, not sure which girls are still there). It's a good place to visit to hang out and blow off some steam for an hour or two.
