This club charged me 2-3 times...

This club charged me 2-3 times for the same one drink I purchased. I had over 8 transactions on my bank account that were pending from the 3 transactions that I actually charged myself! How a company gets away with this is beyond me! Not to mention..when I contacted the manager-Matt to ask about these transactions..I was treated like I was some low life customer! This was my 1st time at this club and I know that I will NEVER go back after this! Matt is a RUDE MANAGER who should not be in charge at that club. I cannot believe an owner would allow someone like Matt to be over their business/club. He will do nothing more than drive customers away. Mark my words on that! I will not stop at this review on letting others know about what has happened. I feel that it's the customers right to know exactly what they will be put through and exactly how they will be treated by the companies employees. I would drive out of town before I would EVER go to this club in Birmingham. Take my advice everyone and go somewhere else! A lot less hassle and you won't have the issues with your bank calling you to shut your card down because so many pending charges have been placed on your card by this one business.
