I make it to the block...

I make it to the block once every couple of months or so - and the last several times I checked out the Red Room it seemed to be on a downward trend. Was checking out the clubs on Baltimore Street early last Sunday night and thought I'd give it one more chance. Down the steps and immediately it had a better vibe. Good energy, pretty good crowd. I hung out for a while, bought a few small drinks - had a good time. It is nice to be able to smoke by the side door without leaving the crowd - that also tends to be a good place to make some new friends. I was very tempted by a tall, thin blonde - but didn't buy her a big drink. I think that was the biggest mistake of my night!
