I guess all clubs, except the big national destination types, run hot and cold. I should have expected that a mid-December Tuesday night in Minneapolis is going to be the epitome of cold. When I walked in nobody was on stage, and a few girls were slumped over in the back of the place, reading.
Dream girls only had about five dancers and they were uniformly unwilling to have much touching in either direction in the couch dance areas. I always prefer the nicely private couch dance areas to the $90 for three song bed dance area, since I'm not made of money. (I also don't care for the flat bed dance area - makes it harder to reach out and touch someone.)
I apologize for forgetting their names, but my first three $20 couch dances were non-stop infomercials for upselling me to the beds. I was more blunt with my fourth dancer (Lexi?) I told her that I wasn't going to the bed, but I'd buy a few in a row if she's take good care of me. I ended up buying three from her. the first two were good, but she really pulled back during the last song, leaving me pretty frustrated.
