Went to Mardi Gras on Saturday...
Went to Mardi Gras on Saturday afternoon. I arrived around 1 or 2pm, so there was no cover. Outside, this place doesn't look like much. Tucked away and can be hard to find unless you know where you're going. Inside, it's actually pretty nice. Tv's everywhere with sports on. Tables in front of the big main stage, and then an area of stools closer to the bar. There are soft seats/couches lining the walls. I didn't see a ton of activity on the main stage. But they have 2-3 smaller stages close to the bar, and girls rotate thru these for a couple songs. A good way to get an up close look at them and see if any catch your eye.
Dancers are overall decent, averaging around a 6, with the occasional 8 here and there. I was sitting on one of the seats against the wall, and one of the dancers on the mini stage caught my attention. She was a little chubby, but had an attractive face and she knew how to dance. After a couple drinks and a couple $10 lap dances from her, I decided she was worth a trip to the VIP. Rooms/booths are located upstairs, and offer decent enough privacy. Just a curtain, but no one really seems to bother. Prices can vary, but we agreed on something like 125 to her and 30 or 40 to the club. She was a fun girl, getting fully nude for a lap dance with heaving petting and grinding. Didn't go much further than that, don't think she was the type. But I'm sure more is available from some of the girls here for the right price. Went back for a couple more drinks and $10 dances, then had to head out.
Overall, it was about what I've come to expect. Not an incredible experience, but definitely a fun way to kill a couple hours. I will probably swing back by Mardi Gras eventually.
