Filmores is a Toronto institution. Even if strippers aren't your thing, it's the kind of place you go to just for the experience of saying you've been there. The dancers range in age and ethnic makeup. They are licensed as dancers by the province, so if any of them are caught with drugs or show up drunk, they're fired. Filmores isn't a 'drugged out' kind of strip club. I guess what I like the most about the club is you know what you're getting - quality girls who last longer than a week. This is the kind of club where, if you like a certain dancer now in May, she's still going to be here around New Year's because if she's good to the customers and the club, then the club and the customers will be good to her and she won't want to leave. So you're not going to see the crowds screaming and yelling like the typical 'strip club scenes' in the movies, but you'll walk out of Filmores wanting to come back to good service, good staff, good food and dancers who know what they're doing.
