Avoid the sharks
Entered after midnight on a Wednesday, no cover, no scan. Fairly busy, guessing 15 dancers and 50 customers. Really big open room, stage in the center, two poles which only go up about 6 feet - the ceiling is like 20 feet high. There is kind of a stairway to an upper stage which I did not see used. The stage really doesn't matter since the girls didn't really use it, just slowly walked around, put a hand on a pole once in a while. Zero energy. The customers weren't using the stage to tip either. The bar is to the left as you enter, but you're not supposed to go there, just sit a table and wait for a waitress. Quite well lit. Music way too loud, whenever anyone asked me anything I had to say "Huh?" and stick my ear in her face.
As soon as I sat down a shark named Ginger (blonde hair though, not red) latched onto me. Pretty face, sexy body. But constantly asking do I party, am I there for a blow job, how much money do I have (seriously? You think I'm going to tell you that?), do I party (just answered that a minute ago, did you forget already?), as well as the usual chit chat where are you from, what do you do for work, etc. I repeatedly told her I wanted to get a couple of drinks in me and watch some stage dances before getting a lap dance. After many repetitions she finally gave up on me. I was starting to think I might have to call a bouncer to haul her away. Other dancers came by but took the hint more quickly. I rate all the dancers 7 or under.
Jack & Coke was $13.05. I told the waitress just give me $3 change from the 20, but she gave me 5, then I remembered no small bills in Canada. I wound up alternating between getting 5 back and telling her to keep all the change.
