I arrived this past Sunday night...

I arrived this past Sunday night just after 8 pm hoping hoping for a redeeming SC visit after a less than satisfying visit to NJ's Playhouse Lounge the day before. I was the first customer in the club. The new layout has been previously described. My favorite bar stools in the rear of the club have been replaced by minibooths, more on those later. So I took a seat at a table. I also echo previous reviewers comments about an overall downtrend in dancer looks. Only 9 or 10 girls this evening and one stage in use. I don't think the club ever had more than a dozen customers the entire night. I only found four of the girls attractive enough to think about taking back. The first girl that I tipped was Kendra, a cute enough brunette who sat with me for a long while and was a good conversationalist. But I thought I'd wait to see a few more girls before deciding I would go back with her. In my conversations with various girls I learned they have far fewer girls "on staff" than they used to and, as I already knew, most of the old ATFs are gone. The renovations are designed to result in more cash flow with pushing of private rooms. They are also allowed to do laps in those mini-booths in the open rear area of the club where my bar stools used to be. A dancer told me they hardly ever get used as very few customers want to get laps in full view of the club. With much more limited space in the old lap dance room, there can be a long wait for a couch on busy nights. But I'm told even Fri and Sat are not as busy as they used to be. The new layout is not resulting in a lot of usage of the private rooms and the girls I spoke to are not real happy about the new business model. At one point in the evening before her first set Mandy came over and sat with me for a long while until it was her turn to go up. A total babe in every sense of the word. I tipped her generously on stage and after her set we went back for several laps in the "old" room, although she did offer the private room. She again rocked my world as she has done previously. I can only hope she does not become the next fave to leave. Kendra came by and checked on me again but I was hoping to engage Summer, who now goes by Kat, but I never saw her circulate. The name of the fourth girl I liked escapes me but she was tied up with someone else and I decided it was best to leave since I had another hour of driving ahead of me. All in all an interesting visit, made enjoyable by the always reliable Mandy but it appears the heyday of the club has passed. At least for now. But I know I'll be drawn back sooner than later.
