Very hard to beat the value...

Very hard to beat the value of the Cedar Rapids clubs, with their BYOB policies. You get exactly the beer you want for liquor store prices. I just can't get over that.

I visited Woody's on a Tuesday night, which added to the excellent value, as it was 2 for 1 dances all night. I only visited the $40 vip dance area, so never got to see the $25 room, which was separate from the main showroom. The $40 dance areas had a nice drape to make them feel private, but there was no hiding from the big ugly camera looking down at you.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a slender girl in the whole place last Tuesday. It may be because of the 2 for 1 keeping the earnings down, but you'd think that one girl would come and clean up.
