I still struggle to figure this...

I still struggle to figure this club out. First the basic details, there is no self parking so you have to pay $5 for Valet. I have heard of people parking across the street and walking but there are signs in the retail lots indicating you can be towed and the rest of the neighborhood doesn't seem safe enough to risk $5. Then there is a $10 cover. One thing I don't like about the club is the heavy smoke and rap music. Whatever happened to strip clubs that play music I've heard of? Although the dancers are mixed it seems the club is geared more to a black clientele and there seem to be more black dancers than any other ethnicity.

The quality of the girls I would say is 5-6 with a few 7-8's thrown in. I usually spend my time finding someone I would be okay with getting a lap dance from instead of selecting which dancer I 'want' a dance from. For the truly hot women you go to Cheetah's. For the contact you go to Follies. That being said, the other challenge is getting their attention. If you come by yourself it seems more difficult to get a dance than if you come in a group. It usually takes me the better part of an 1-2 hours to find a lap dance quality girl that will give me their attention. But then the reason you come to Follies becomes apparent. For $10 a dance you get a high degree of 2 way contact.

To summarize, I'm not a big fan of the valet charge, the smokey environment, or the music, and despite a lot of dancers there are usually on a couple of lap dance quality dancers. But the lap dances seem to make me forget about all the things I don't like! Go figure.
