Hadn't been in a while, so thought I'd see if anything had changed for the better. In a word, no. This is perhaps the most disappointing club in Baltimore -- not the worst, but in the gap between reputation/possibility and reality is the greatest.

There are some good things -- beautiful wait staff and bar tenders (which fulfill my belief that if the bartenders are the best lookers, you're in trouble); the physical plant, while too crowded (especially downstairs) is fine, and it's a good place (with advance planning) to go to a bachelor's party (lots of areas which can be set up so you're in your "own" room.

But major problems remain: First, the dancers, while ok, are nothing to write home about. A few 8-9s, the rest average (and older) at best. But the real problem is lap dances; expensive, lack of privacy in most cases, and overwhelmingly a "going through the motions" atmosphere. Compared to say, GCC, which while also expensive offers good lap dances, and Hustlers, which (on weekend nights, the only night I go) offers a much better selection of girls, Scores just doesn't measure up to high-end competitors. There has to be some middle ground between a 300 dollar VIP, and basically no privacy (even the $120 for multiple dancers isn't all that private). Whether this is a corporate policy to cut down on hanky panky, or the girls they hire simply don't want it, not sure, but it makes the experience much less fun that HC or GGC. Again, not a bad place to go if you're a younger person going to the club for a party, but that's about it.
