I visited the club on Saturday...

I visited the club on Saturday night and found out the dancer I talked to on my last visit was as wrong as I suspected she was: they still collect the entrance fee. She wasn't there, nor were any of the other dancers I saw on my last visit. There was a good-sized crowd and about eight dancers working.

The club hasn't changed much, though they have removed the closed-off area to the back where the dancers would often go to put their costumes back on after getting off stage. Now they either get dressed off the back end of the stage or just walk through the room to the door to their dressing room to get their stuff back on. They have a new bartender, a blond who I'd tip heavily if she were on stage. No such luck, though.

The dancers themselves ranged from okay to quite nice looking. The 'no contact' rule for dancers on stage seems to be a bit less strictly enforced, as several dancers let good tippers get quite free with their hands. As always, check first before doing something that could get you thrown out. Security is now closely checking the "private" dance area, with a walk-through at least once every song, so your chances of finding a dancer who's willing to let you go a 'little further' isn't great. I found this out when I took a short, attractive young dancer (who's stage name I can't remember) back for some private time. She didn't mind me handling the merchandise up top, but when my hand strayed a little down lower, she made it clear that was a 'no-no' because, as she told me, she didn't want to get fired. The dance was fairly mechanical, and she didn't let her own hands roam either. Still, she gave a very good amount of grinding, so it was worth the usual charge.
