Beamer's is in a bit of a run down area of Stamford, but the parking was good. $10 cover on a Monday. As others have mentioned the "VIP" area is just another bar with love seats everywhere. I recommend the extra $30 if lap dances are part of the plan.

In the main room my first impressions were good. The dancer on stage, a first timer at the club named Louisa, was from Brazil and greeted me with a smile and an introduction. She was just wrapping up and someone grabbed her for dances before I even sipped my beer. The next couple of dancers were a let down by comparison. Classic bored gyrating watching themselves in the mirror. The only thing missing was chewing gum. They were pretty enough, just not into it.

Then a skinny blond from Poland, Lena I think, was up and she was smiling and bouncy and got way more in tips than the last two combined. She came over to thank me after and after talking a few minutes asked about a dance. I politely deferred for 20 minutes or so as I was hoping the curvy brazilian would emerge from the VIP. She thanked me for the tips and seemed really genuine.
