As positive as I was about...

As positive as I was about A's in my last review, this latest experience (couple weeks ago) was 180 degrees different and just plain BAD. Was like a Ghost Town, too; on a Saturday night, no less. I counted 16 customers total at 11pm. On a weekend night! Really? The girls seemed just as perplexed as they were doing very little and had that "can't wait to get out of here" blank stare. Doesn't make for a very exciting strip club vibe, that's for sure.

I'm convinced the single biggest reason why clubs like A's struggles with keeping a solid customer base is... (wait for it)... LACK OF CONSISTENCY. While Forrest Gump might like that "life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get", that philosophy doesn't work for strip club hounds. We LOVE CONSISTENCY.

While we understand that EXTRAS are going to be variable from girl to girl and night to night (extras can be found here ITC and TO), there is no valid reason why everything else about the experience can't be the same day in, day out. If the owner and managers knew what they were doing (or cared, even) then the consistency would be there. It's just not that hard to ensure a level of consistency in stage performances and lap dances. To enforce a standard: all nude, enthusiastic stage work and lap dances. Do THAT consistently at least, you will have loyal customers.
