Midnight a Lucky's

Passing by Vernon late night and figured the wife would be asleep, so I stopped in at Lucky's. I have not been in since they remodeled and changed ownership. The building was the same, but the inside was very different.

The parking lot was well lit, but the lights in the Lucky's sign on the road were out. Google maps put me right at the door.

Arrived just after midnight, and was met by a bouncer with a request for $20 for cover. I thought that was steep for 2 hours of being open for the night, but I paid.

Walked through another set of doors and the room opened onto a bar in the middle of the large room with a seemingly marble stage with two poles and a large ring for performances. Two dancers were sitting on the stage, but were fully clothed. To the right were some elevated tables and a DJ booth. Restrooms were in the back right corner of the room.

I was met by a bartender in a fishnet bodysuit with pasties on, who handed me a $6 Coors Light. I asked for a bottle of water as well, and she served me a clear cup of water and ice for no charge. I didn't ask about mixed drink prices.
