So JP's is back. After...

So JP's is back. After a Nats game, a buddy and I visited the new JP's, which is now an upscale kind of club instead of the old neighborhood bar from years past. The decor was nice and the all the girls were pretty. I liked the quieter atmosphere of the downstairs, where you can have a drink at the bar and tip the dancer or just watch, as you please. The other seating was pretty nice too. When we walked upstairs we could tell that's where the party was. The atmosphere was much livelier and it was crowded. The club was on the edge of trying to be like Stadium, which I don't really like, but I've only been there once. But I liked this place despite the upscale party vibe. The waitresses and dancers were pretty, and the bouncers were friendly. Since this was still in their first week after reopening, we'll see how long that lasts. I'm glad JP's is back to add some variety to the strip club scene in DC.
