I arrived right when the club...

I arrived right when the club opened on a warm day when the interstate was a total mess. Most of the dancers were late, so at first it was just myself and two other patrons waiting in the club. It was actually nicer than I expected. I'm used to the inner city clubs in Philly, and this was much smaller, with warm wood accents, more like a regular bar. It was also pleasantly free of smoke - apparently this is prohibited in the club and as a non-smoker I found that to be a nice change of pace!

When the dancers finally appeared, they came down a metal spiral staircase from upstairs. Each dancer did a two song set. I have seen better dancers at big clubs in Philly like Cheerleaders or Delilah's, but I've seen worse, too. They didn't get very energetic on the small pole, and occasionally the bartender had to cross over their small stage in order to enter or exit the bar itself, but it was very close to the seating, and better lit than I've come to expect. Overall I think I could sit and watch girls for at least a few hours there when I have some more time to kill.

Today was more of an exploratory expedition though, and I intended to sample one of their private room dances. I took a nice blonde woman (forgot her name, sorry!) upstairs at her suggestion, and I opted for the private room. It was a bit strange walking up the spiral staircase and into what is basically a house. There were a couple of small rooms past the landing where the public dancing chairs were. There was a clock inside, and I was told it's pay by the minute, rather than the song, which seems good if you worry about getting screwed by a short song. Overall I was not blown away by what happened in the room - her top came off but the door stayed open. Not sure what, if any benefit I got for the experience. I bet your mileage may vary with a different lady, though.
