Sort of a low energy Thursday afternoon at Cheerleaders

So after spending an early afternoon at the Playhouse lounge, I decided to drive home via the "southern route" as I had always wanted to try Cheerleaders in New Jersey and other reviewers had said that the day shift could be fun. I followed the GPS and it took me right to the parking lot off of Crescent Blvd (130 North -- don't try to access it coming from 130 going South). Large parking lot without valet and the neighborhood seemed fine at 4:00 pm on a Thursday. There was no cover charge and when I went to the bar, Brittney was tending and I asked for a water. She gave me a glass of ice water with a lemon wedge -- no charge but I tipped her. She's slender and cute (does anyone know if she dances?). The energy level in the place was pretty moribund. There were probably 4-5 customers and 6-8 dancers (the other customers were probably regulars) and I must have "stuck out" as unusual. The dancers were either sitting with customers or on their phones.

The DJ finally called "Smiley" to the stage. She was a short, well proportioned AA dancer with natural B's. The stage is surrounded by the bar and like many places, you can't really tip the dancer while she's on stage. Smiley didn't really "dance", she just swayed in a sort of boring fashion back and forth for two songs. After she was done, she came around and I gave her a couple of dollars. She said it was her first day at Cheerleaders and she didn't know very much about the club or dance prices or anything. She also was unable to maintain a conversation -- she just stood there somewhat awkwardly and let me caress her pretty nice butt. Then she said that she was "going to go outside" (presumably to smoke) and left me there.

There was an empty stage for a couple of songs and then Asia took the stage. This dancer was cute but talk about stick skinny. She didn't look anorexic or anything like that but to describe her tits as "A cup" would have been a huge exaggeration. She, however, did a pretty good dance and some fairly nice pole work. After her two songs, she came by and I tipped her a couple of dollars as well. She even had her nipples covered over with some sort of tape -- she said that was to comply with the "New Jersey rules". She actually had a pretty sweet personality but given that she felt compelled to totally shield her tiny nipples from any hint of sunlight, I didn't really pursue her further. She said she was going to go around and finish her tip walk but then she got to the other side of the bar and sat with a regular.
