The guy behind the bar is the pimp, and he will take whatever you can pay him to give you some private time during which you can get sexual favours from some end-of-the-road/desperate/pregnant(yes, pregnant!!!) strippers, who would be very thankful for you customership.

Avoid unless desperate, and quite frankly, if you're that desperate, you need to rethink your intentions in life and where they are taking you. Seriously, go somewhere else in New Orleans - you're much better off at one of the clubs outside the french quarter.
