In the past this was a pretty decent club but the years have not been kind to Club Rio. Most of the dancers called off and you are limited with few options. I understand the need to pay for cover but, after a certain number of dancers doing no call no shows the fee should be waived. This is just common business sense. The service was also slow. In a place where customers were clearly frustrated and leaving because of the lack of attention; you would think that the service would try to keep the few patrons they have. But this was not the case. I never saw my waitress again after my first beer. The dancer I was with had to waive her down while she sat and ate.

The dancers were not that much to speak of either. I hate it when you have one dancer who pushes you like crazy for a private dance without starting conversation or when a place is absolutely dead. The best thing to do ladies is to sit down and have some drinks on the gentleman's dollar. After both of you are relaxed then the dances with come. Don't dash after the first private dance!!! Especially when the place is dead. All in all this place was just a quick cash and dash. I would not return and I advise others to do the same.
