This is a somewhat difficult review...

This is a somewhat difficult review to write as I'm not quite sure of all of the details. You see, I hooked up earlier in the evening with a former dancer I had met at the now defunct Secrets. She hadn't danced for a few months and wasn't planning on returning, having taken a job as a waitress in a "normal" bar. We had already been out and about drinking by the time we got here. She still has friends in the business and knew some working here. And as I discovered, you can take the girl out of the club but you can't take the club out of the girl.

I haven't been to Club Paradise in a long while. I remembered that valet parking is required, however there is sort of this abandoned lot down on the other side of the Comfort Inn that is next door to this club. I had always parked there and walked. We still could.

My friend talked us passed the doorman looking for the required cover (even though we walked up) and convinced him we were really locals despite not having ID. Past times, cover was $20 but I don't know if it is still that way.
