HiLiter's best asset is its consistency. I always have a pretty good idea of what to expect when I roll up on the place. The club isn't in the best area, but they do a good job of maintaining a visible security presence that keeps the patrons and their cars safe. Inside the club is a solo stage affair and almost always features one girl on stage at a time.

The girls here are good yo great quality for Phoenix and are by and large very friendly. Lapdances up against the wall are good quality for a floor dance but sometimes the experience is ruined by the proximity to other dudes. Especially if you get someone looking for a free show.

Generally though it is one of the better clubs to hang out in for an extended time. The TVs are always showing sports, the drinks are decent and the atmosphere is pleasant.
