Sad to say but PHC is going down hill. I must of had my sucker hat on this time because I Went upstairs with the promise that everything was on the menu for 200 and we started off well as she played around for a song then before you know it 3 songs are up and she wants more money with no BJ or FS just a bunch of BS hustle. A coke is $8, valet $7, $20 table. Two girls I also spoke to wanted 50 a dance plus tip the bouncer 20. Not sure what is going on here but seems like the greed factor is going way up not to mention the girls that night averaged about 5. A lot of other options with more value in Detroit .
