In one word, it was "OK."

As others have said, this club is small. It is just one medium sized room with a small bar, small stage along the back wall and tables and chairs in the rest of the open space. I've seen school classrooms that were bigger than this club. In fact, the club is so small that it could only fit one bathroom, which is shared by the men and women. And, as others have mentioned, it is down an alley off of 15th street, so don't believe any map that tells you that Chancellor has an outlet on the other side - it does not.

A little about the pricing: They were charging a $5 cover, but waived it because I had a hotel room key. My Jacks on the rocks were $9 with a decent pour. I was quoted $25 for a lapdance, which takes place in a raised semi-booth, or $150/300 for a 15/30 minute VIP, though I got the impression that there was room to negotiate on those prices.
