Back to my old stomping grounds...

Back to my old stomping grounds on a recent trip to CT on business. I used to live nearby and go to Mr. Happy's on a weekly basis. Well, unfortunately, the club just wasn't what I remembered. The girls just weren't up to standards the afternoon I visited. There wasn't anybody I wanted anywhere near my crotch, so didn't go for a lap dance. I've seen some really hot girls the in the past, so I'll give it another try sometime. The layout of the club hasn't changed that much since the last time I was there, but it's been renovated. There are plenty of seats around the stage which give you a great view of the dancers. The club is in a decent part of town (for Waterbury, that is). I always feel safe there and have never had any problems. I've always found the patrons there to be a decent bunch, and this visit was no different - mix of young professionals and working class guys. Next time I think I'll drive the extra 45 minutes to the Electric Blue in Tolland, but I have a soft spot for Mr. Happy's and will definitely return.
