I arrived at Chromes around 9...

I arrived at Chromes around 9 p.m. on Friday evening--my first time there. I walked in expecting a cover charge, but no one was there. I saw a few people hanging at the bar, a few others around the stages. I wasn't really sure what was expected of me, so I walked through the stage area and around by the bar, but no one paid any attention to me. I finally sat down at a couch near one of ths stages. A girl finally asked me what I would like to drink, so I bought a $4 Bud Light. After a few minutes a slender black girl started dancing on the stage. She was talking to someone--I found out it was to her manager who was sitting nearby. I tipped her a couple dollars and sat back down. After she finished she came over and sat by me. I aksed her what the place offered, and she told me the normal lap dances, VIP, etc. Then she told me I could have a private area for 1 hour for $100. That sounded pretty good. She and I spent an hour together with lots of touching and grinding. After the hour was up I discovered that the dances were $30 each in addition to the $100 for the room! Do you have any idea how many songs play in an hour! My inexperience was very costly and I am learning to be crystal clear about the total charge before I get involved. I did enjoy the club, may go back again in the future, but will be very careful about the financial understandings from now on.
