My favorite "upscale" Philadelphia spot. I visited on a Sunday at around 4:30 PM. Six dancers were on shift, ranging from the moderately pretty-but-slightly-less-attractive than "top"-club material all the way over to the very, very attractive end. Drinks were more than standard bar rates but not disgustingly so. I found the staff reasonably friendly - some idiot patron knocked my drink over while running over to tip a stage dancer and the staff replaced my drink for free, definitely a positive. I brought my own money; from what I understand, the ATM rate is utterly horrendous. Also, there was no admission fee when I arrived, which I assume was a matter of timing. The stage dancing ranged from the slow to the lively, and the crowd went from biker to yuppie. I did one private dance (dances are $20 for semi-private and $30 for private) and I had quite a good time of it, nudge, wink, with no haggling or extra costs tacked in for the, ahem, extremely friendly attitude, although I assume that this is not the norm and was attributable to my pleasant smile or good luck that day. Mostly white dancers, from what I saw, which may or may not be an issue depending on your tastes. Recommended, but bring your own $.
