What can be said about Tootsies;

This was my first visit ever to Tootsies, my friends had been hyping it for months saying it was the best in Miami. I have to admit the physical atmosphere, the amount of girls, and the fact that there is no drink minimum was really impressing.

However nothing else was all that impressing to me.

Lets start from the get go, we arrived roughly at midnight. Entrance was 8$ (amazing price). They have bottle specials, but to me it was not worth it.
