Flight Club was one of five clubs I visited on this trip to Michigan. I actually visited three times, once on Friday evening and twice in the afternoon on Wednesday and Thursday. All three times were disappointing. The greatest source of disappointment was the quality of the girls. I witnessed two "cattle calls," you know, when the get all the girls on stage at the same time. I have to say that the amount of "chunk" up there was astounding. Maybe it's got something to do with the "fattening of America" making its ugly appearance at strip clubs. Gone are the days of gorgeous slim young dancers with unenhanced tits. Now you see mostly slightly chubby to downright flabby older dancers, with shop-worn attitudes. They are pretty callous too. They've seen it all. No more GFE's. Just slam-bam-thank-you-m'am. Flight Club used to be my first choice during a Detroit visit. It was frequently the only bright spot in visiting Michigan. Now there is nothing left to look forward to. It's still expensive (parking, drinks, admission, etc.). Only there's nothing to show for it. You might as well go to Bogart's down the street. It still tries to be high class but it's like putting a beautiful pink dress on a pig, literally. I had no dances on Friday night, and only two on the day visits. Both were uninspired, very business like. The menu came out right away. So much for this and so much for that. Problem is that neither of the women (I won't say girls) was worth that kind of payout. Unless I see some radical shift in the reviews as to the quality of the girls and dances, I will stay away.
