So, I was in the "area" for work and wanted to hit up a local club. (Plattsburgh NY or Barre VT were the only options which didn't involve crossing into Canada.) TUSCL reviews on the club in Barre made it clear that was a waste of effort, so Plattsburgh it was.

This club is in a nice rural / residential area. (Ironically, it is actually across the street from a chruch / christian school.) Decent amount of parking. Sign on the outside says the club is for sale. (did not inquire on details since I'm not from the area) Inside of the club could use some updating, but not bad enough to be a turn off. Basically there is a stage in the corner with a few tables and chairs around.
