I hadn't planned on visiting a club, but as I drove past the Silver Dollar I thought I'd give it a try. A previous review had remarked on the club's appearance and parking lot. They were spot on. It looks like a complete dump from the outside, stuck in a light industrial wasteland, with a boarded up shop next door. As for the parking lot, be ready for some off-roading. Especially on your way out of the parking lot.

Inside wasn't as bad. I had feared the worst from the exterior view, but inside it was at least clean. Lots of mirrors, small stage surrounded by a handful of chairs, some tables filling the rest of the room. There's a small not-very-private 'private' area in the back corner.

It was also completely dead at the time, but as it was a Saturday afternoon it probably isn't fair to expect that it would be hopping. There was one dancer on stage, one chatting to a punter (they eventually went for a dance so that left the one on stage as the sole dancer), and about three guys sitting at the stage.
