Slow Monday open, but worth the visit.
Let me start by saying I haven’t been to a strip club in over 20 years. Started reading reviews here and have been curious and wanted to go check some places out. Most of my experience in the past was your typical titty topless bar with stage dancers, so that’s what I’m used to.
I get to Ottawa on business fairly regularly and have been wanting to check out the SC scene there. Had some free time on a Monday afternoon. Unfortunately Playmates was closed, and Barefax didn’t open till 6pm. I had limited time, so decided to go to Barefax shortly after they opened.
Arrive at the club and head upstairs. No bouncers, no cover charge, no coat check, likely because the place was so dead. Inside, there was a blonde girl, big boobs, classic stripper look, dancing on the stage with one PL standing watching a few others sprinkled throughout the place, but it was mostly empty.
I made my way to the bar at the back of the place where there were a couple of dancers sitting around. One quite attractive, black girl, skinny, and another girl who was a little thicker staring at her phone. I grabbed a bottle of water for $7 and started making small talk with the bartender.
She was friendly. Told me the club doesn’t usually get going until later, especially this time of year when people are still outside on patios, etc. She explained that they don’t really do stage dancing unless there’s more than three patrons. No worries. The black girl had gone upstairs with someone else and the girl on her phone wasn’t exactly my type and since she couldn’t be bothered to even make conversation, I held out to see if something someone better come along.
In walks a tall(over 6 feet in heels) girl, skinny with curly dark hair and lots of tats. Super fit and very sexy. She sits down next to me and introduces herself and we get to chatting. She asked if I was interested in seeing a stage dance and I said not necessarily and asked her what else we could do. She said we could go upstairs for $20 per song so I took her up on that.
There was no attendant upstairs so I didn’t have to pay the $5 fee other reviewers have talked about. I was beginning to think that this Monday night opening situation wasn’t so bad on my wallet after all! There are semi private booths angled around a stage and no one else was up there. She asked me what I wanted to do and what my budget was. I’ve got to be honest, she seemed open for just about anything, but as I was nervous and haven’t done this for so long, I told her why don’t we start with two or three songs?
She immediately jumped in my lap and got her grind going. Revealing her perfect little A cup pierced titties. She let me touch and rub them, even kissing them was ok. Full touching wasn’t a problem. She never got fully naked and I never went aggressively for her kitty, but certainly softly touched around the area and she didn’t mind. After the third song, she let me know and asked if I wanted to keep going. As I was short on time and only brought $100 with me I just decided that was a pretty good lap dance for my first time in a long time. I paid her $60 gave her a hug and said thanks for the dance and headed back downstairs.
I had a little bit of time, but all the dancers had cleared out at that point. I was hoping to check out some more girls, but like I said there was maybe only five or six in the place at that time. So I finished up my water, thanked the bartender and told her I would definitely be coming back.
All in all, I had a great time at Barefax. I will definitely be going back when I’m in the area and I feel like the ROI there could be pretty great, especially if you trade your USD for CAD.
