For a smaller club, Concepts does it right. Dances are $15, with specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and are decent grinding for their price. Don't look for extras here, but if you want a prototypical strip club experience in an otherwise strip-club-intolerant city (Cincinnati), this is your best bet.

The girl I spent most time with was the bubbliest girl I've ever met, and she was an absolute 10 (the girls here range from 4's to 8's for the most part). She was petite and had the most gorgeous rack I've ever seen. She gave good dances and knew how to get you back for more.

VIP section appears to be an open couch in the same area are the rest of the lap dances. I'm not really sure how they call it VIP, but I guess that's why nobody was partaking that night.
