Let's begin with the quality of the club. The largest problem I have with Flats is that they don't explicitly state on their website that they are a membership club and that you have to wait 10 days after applying to get in. There are some good people out there who will help, and I understand why they have to do it, but they need to make it clear that it is membership only, especially on the website. It is very disappointing to get out to Spring Hill and find that you can't get in because the club shifted to membership.

The quality of women has gotten better since the MO bill passed. On average it is a 6, but there are a few 8s/9s lurking around. Most of the girls that are here don't want to be touched, as there is a fairly strict no contact policy. A little bit of boob and ass handling is allowed, but it isn't grab on and enjoy the ride. Keep in mind that the club is couples friendly, so it isn't always just going to be a sausage fest on the couches. It is a decent enough place to bring a significant other, but I'd consider going somewhere else first. The lack of a VIP room hurts this club, and I'd hope that at some point they might consider expansion.

Most of the girls are friendly, but there are a few that will simply monopolize a bar seat and get tanked. There don't seem to be a lot of "regulars", but my view is skewed towards the night shift. I have seen a couple of girls pick a guy out and Management does a good job of when to turn on the 2 girls on stage option, but the stage is remarkably small. Think of half of a bowling lane and you will get the idea of width and length of the stage.
