As rumored the club ended business on Thursday and was not open friday night. A couple of guys outside were handing out free admission cards and maps to Tropical Lei, which is where they said that 'their girls' were. The vultures were not far away. Across the street a pickup truck was parked advertizing the COI Spearmint Rhino.

I talked some with the guys and they said that the closure was over a rent dispute. I asked if they could relocate to any of plenty of other vacant places and they said that they have to be 'grandfathered' into that specific location. This illuminated to me that the landlord had 'run the numbers' and realized that he had a goldmine. On the otherhand the site only has the unique value to somebody interested in running a strip club. Why pay premium rent to operate a minimart?
