VIP Thursday offers some value for the time.

I went here for this first time in a long time. After paying the $10 fee which included the first non alcoholic drink I was wanded down and went inside. There were about 15 dancers. Good mix, I would say I found more than half of them danceable. There were probably about 10 other customers. Thursdays is a good deal for VIP dance. I think it is a better deal than at Synn. They are 30 minutes and either $140 for behind a curtain or $220 behind a door. They also have 2 regular for the price of 4 basic dances but the DJ usually cuts the songs very short so I avoid them. I wish there were a few more dancers but overall I was pleased. The issue on Thursday is it is hard to wait because if the dancer you want goes to the back with someone else, you are waiting at least 30 minutes. To be honest you can find mileage in both types of VIP dances, I ended up behind a curtain and save the extra $80. Watched several stage shows that were pretty good. After talking to several dancers ended up going back with a thin white girl with a couple of tattoos. Paid the fee and away we went. She was naked in the first song. Started with a handshake and asked if I was interested for more. Things almost went south as she asked for $400. Did not want everything so came to a compromise for $140. Prices have definitely gone up in the past year but you can at least return it to a manageable level.

I would say this is still a good club in LA, you just need to be a little bit on guard and to not take the first offer. There are some dancers who have been there a while and understand the value of a retreat customer. Some of the new ones seem to be all about getting the most you can the first time out and not care about repeats. Will head back next month when I drive through the area.
