Lots of hot women, most of them "almost stunning", though not any of them up to "true Vegas showgirl" standards. Very classy building, with excellent facilities, several bars, top-notch bartenders, very hot staff (who DO take "no thanks" for an answer), and plenty of cutie touristy girls with their hubbies here for the sin-city experience. But it's not ideal here at Penthouse, for several reasons. First is, that the girls just don't know how to circulate. They get button-holed for HOURS by one or two guys who are just chatting with them, not even buying drinks, and so they end up unavailable, pouting when the dude leaves for the night. Or they just sit in the corner and mope. Some sit down with you without asking, and then get up and leave without an "excuse me" too (and usually it's, of course, the ones whom you DON'T want, who come over, isn't it always the case?). Cover charge is $11, at least $1 tip expected; drinks can run as much as $13 or $18 for a typical mixed highball, and dancers aren't shy about demanding the (unnecessary, and sometimes more unpleasant than Well Brand) premium shots if you're paying. Bathroom goon. He's from Haiti, seems to be a nice guy, offers towels, has every cologne known to man, wants tips ... "bathroom goon" need I say more? From most of what I've heard, the upstairs rooms have some decent deals -- latest quotes were $250 for a half-hour and $375 for an hour, plus there would no doubt be extra tippage to waitress and idiot-goon-bluto to keep them from busting through the door. But I'm not really sure that the extendo-time is worth the investment. Many girls will only say "you'll really enjoy it" and won't even do an on-floor lap-dance or a semi-private couch-dance to make clear how good they are at the game. And no, I don't require that they provide "extra" service; I just want to know whether she's a dumb-bunny rapid-pump up-down-up-down boring chafing jackhammer idiot, or actually knows how to please a man; though I suppose "extra" might be welcome, but oh I can imagine the PRICE would be ASTRONOMICAL! I'd like to think that a "girlfriend" type of feeling could be had, in which she's on your lap, she shuts the fuck up and acts like she wants to be on your lap, she doesn't complain about her boyfriend, she nuzzles your neck, you get to roam with your hands (though it need not be totally IN the kitty, not for me at least), and your own straining uncomfort is maybe rearranged politely. I'd like to think. I haven't totally had that, here, not yet. It seems they're more in the market of giving a guy a "talk to me" experience than a "serve for your desires" experience, despite the high prices. Some girls claim not to know what the prices are; then act surprised with you; then forget the prices all over again; very few have volunteered the old $100 deal that I was noticing a few months back, over the summer, the deal that was the best in the French Quarter. And yet, they're so hot, and there are so many of them, and so many have "real" and "next door girl" type of demeanors, and bodies, and faces, that they're really hard to resist. It must be something about the lighting, or about the outfits they have them wear, because I just can't get all that prime female flesh out of my mind, especially the luscious firm pert titties that seem to defy gravity, girl after girl, whether fakies or realies. I'd almost say that the club was using some kind of oxygen or collagen pump in the back to help 'em out and improve the tits and butts, but I'm not sure mankind has yet invented such a munificent device. We should work on that! So, overall, club is probably one of top two or three in New Orleans (Penthouse in FQ; Visions in NO East) but it's not up to anything near Vegas or San Francisco or Tampa standards, though it's close enough. I'm going to try on some off-afternoons to see if I can't get a bit more missie to hit on, and improve on the current hit-and-miss system that I've been mostly missing.
