Dancers: Unlike most strip clubs that have rather...unfortunate...women working on weekdays, Union Jacks has consistently had very attractive dancers even on Monday and Tuesday nights. There weren't a lot of them, but I didn't mind seeing same few girls over and over given how they looked. Plus, both stages are in use even when not very busy, which means that you can avoid the occasional girl that's not your type by moving. And it may just be an illusion, but the girls working at Union Jacks seems much better adjusted that the ones I usually run into at strip clubs.

Music: Great music if you like alternative. If you don't, it will likely drive you nuts.

Facilities: Clean and decent, although the second stage is close enough to the door that it makes you want to put your coat on. I would also imagine that the club would be really cramped on crowded days. The bathrooms are nothing special, but the stalls have doors (I hate clubs that lack doors. What if something I eat disagrees with me?).
