If you've been to Spyce, you...

If you've been to Spyce, you probably know what to expect already from Mynt: comparatively high priced drinks, dance, and erratic service. Since the club is comparatively larger than Spyce (well, the first floor at least), it feels even more empty when there aren't any customers or dancers, as was the case when I visited.

When I walked in, I was mobbed by half of the dancers working there (a whopping four of them)- their 'wanna dance' pitch mostly consisted of them telling me how much business sucked and how bored they were. (Not exactly a good way to convince me to part with a couple of hundred for a half hour in their VIP, much less double that for both of them at the same time)

After listening to the two (plain looking) contractors whine for a few minutes, I gave up on getting a drink from the waitress and went to the bar... after only a few short minutes, the bartender actually acknowledged me and rapidly served me the most wonderful $6.00 carbonated beverage I'd ever had that evening. About that point, a *also plain looking) dancer did actually come on stage, where her routine consisted mostly of the 'riding the bus' standing up pose along the pole and walking over to take my tip. After two songs, she left, and so did I.
