I love this place! Its the sort of joint where I will always be tempted to spend too much and I can't wait for my next holiday on Mallorca to get the chance to risk overextending my budget again.

El Buho Verde ("The Green Owl") is entered from a walkway connecting the seafront to Llaut (the road running parallel) in the central Balneario 6 region of Playa de Palma. There are several other strip, table dance and encounter clubs in the area, almost all of which I had at least a look inside but, in my humble opinion, none of them is a patch on EBV.

I actually visited twice during September - first on a Thursday then, again, on the following Saturday. This report relates to my first visit; I will post a second on the second visit later. Outside the mostly German tourists were enjoying a Bavarian beer festival. The barker on the street (Llaut) drew my attention to the "OBEN OHNE" (topless) sign outside the club and promised beautiful ladies. He was not wrong.

Inside EBV is an intimate, cosy place about the size of a typical living room with a horseshoe-shaped bar curving out from the back wall. Stools line the bar and there are a few upholstered couches alongside the opposite wall with seating for about 3 couples. Initially when I entered I was the only customer, but other guys came in not too soon after. Around the bar about 8-10 very attractive looking girls were sitting or standing. All wore bikini briefs or similar, about half were topless and the rest wore skimpy tops.
