I meant to add that Monday I'll probably land late at the club - like 10 pm. So will getting there late mean I miss out and talent gets busy?

This is all really great advice.
Oh I plan to enjoy the extra menu items. Just also want to get some good grind to warm things up!
Here's my plan now:
Monday: Flight Club
Tuesday: Landing Strip
Wednesdays: BTs
I'll ask all my faves when they work and aim to try to catch the best one on Thursday. What do you think of that plan?
Also, I don't mind spending. This is probably a once in 5 years outing which will be maybe even my last hoorah so I don't necessarily care if the nights are pricy.
Hot take: why not Flight Club every night then?

For the real paranoid dudes: what if the Asian girl was just there so the guy didn't complain about the club and they're working together to make sure the ROB pair can keep doing what they do.....

For me age is not a huge thing. Beauty is more than just wrinkles. Older dancers often can survive because they offer something special. In the past I've gotten some amazing dances from older girls.
I have always felt like the vets have some combination of:
- being flexible about boundaries
- giving great service regardless of haggling (unless it's excessive)
- having better instincts about what we like
- wanting validation like they used to get
- not being in high demand
- focusing on stroking rather than bouncing aggressively (HATE THIS - don't bend JR!!)
All of these factors mean that they tend to provide greater attitude and contact while also being more available typically. So, if they're beautiful enough, they tend to be the best value at the club.

She tried to blatantly rip me off and when caught in the act, she acted like she did nothing shady.

Returning to this after having gone to a Friday day-shift for the first time to a club I've never been to. I thought it was very transactional/mechanical. If I was by myself, the girl standing at the bar would immediately start walking over. If I looked at her even a bit, she'd immediately start walking over. Then I'd have to look away so she would get the hint that I was just looking around and not leering so she'd come over. The girls outnumbered the guys this time - this may have been why.
There were many things about this club I found could be contributing to this experience. I think the best way to figure this out would be to revisit at night on another day.

One of the big draws of this club (at least for me) is daytime action. All Bay area clubs I know about have only evening hours and open after 5.
