An expensive learning lesson with an overall positive experience.

I'll preface this review by saying I'm pretty new to the scene. I don't go to strip clubs that often. I've just started going, and I have been to DV twice, then to GCC for the first time. With that in mind, I'll give the review from my perspective so that other people who are new can know what to expect and kind of see what the experience is like for a novice. I'll spoil the review a bit by saying that by the end I did have a good time with a really good dancer, but in the middle I did get finessed for quite a bit of money (a rookie mistake that I hope other new people will learn from).

I showed up at around 2:30 PM on kind of a whim to check it out. The place is pretty clean, nothing to complain about. It was also pretty dimly lit. Dark enough that when I was watching the stage show from one table away (not right on the stage) I could hardly see the dancer's face or any features. I don't have any complaints about the music or anything else either. I don't even remember seeing a bouncer. I just walked right in and paid a nice girl working the bar for the cover fee.

The cover was 22$ which included access to the VIP so no additional charge for that. I had one of their special drinks for 5$ which was pretty solid. It was a vanilla latte in a pint glass. I'll cover the prices of the dances later on.
