I think it's what bubba said, they are a small club and are waiting for more restrictions to be lifted. Also, they make waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than $1 million a year, if the property is only worth that much there is no way they will sell it. They will sell the business itself before they sell the property.

I've been seeing this one girl exclusively the last couple of times and we've been texting and she's always been trying to get me to meet OTC, but not a 'meet and greet' if you know what I mean. I just found it strange because she was already taking my money every time i went idk why she would want more.
